Heyo!
No, I'm not a cat. I'm an aspiring actress looking to make her debut. But you can call me Cat, if you like. I'm still in high school, going into grade 11 in September. So, still young, but that's how a lot of great actors begin. I've been acting all my life, and I was in my first play (also a musical) when I was in grade 7, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. I still remember all the colors of the coat! I've also been in two musical renditions of A Christmas Carol. One when I was Fan (Scrooge's sister) and one I did last winter as Ebenezer Scrooge himself! (Or, herself, as we changed the sex to fit me). Yes, I can also sing. I've been singing for a long time, but I was in my first choir when I was in grade 5. I was in my school's choir. But I only started taking singing lessons last year.
So I've been doing this for a while, but only a couple days ago my mom and I sent a resume for me to a talent agency! There the best in the city! I haven't heard anything from them yet, it has only been a couple days. But I'm really quite exited for their response, then again, they might not really want me. It could go either way. My cousin actually works with them, it was my aunt that recommended them to us. So I know they're good.
Aside from all my acting buzz. I also play piano. It's the only instrument I play, (unless you count my voice) I used to play the clarinet in my grade 7 band, but I discontinued it. I'm not into band, but I chose to play piano because I want to write my own songs. I'm a bit of a music lover. I love songs that have a smooth melody and good beat. Lyrics are important too, I used to listen to various pop songs, but I haven't really found an artist that I really liked. Folk stuff is cool too, I also like vocaloid and anime music, and video game music (Undertale!!!). If I feel acting isn't the best for me, I could always try music stuff. I've also had an interest in video games, so video game developing is always an option.
Alright, I think I've rattled on about myself for long enough, I wanted to start a blog to share my story with the world, my acting story, hopefully it's going to be a good one!
